EXPERIMENTATION & OPTIMIZATION
Changing the ad copy, the landing page and the budget in the same week leaves no way to tell which change made the difference. We run tests one variable at a time, with a written hypothesis, a set duration and an agreed measure of success, such as booked jobs or qualified calls rather than clicks. An electrician might test EV charger install offers against panel upgrade messaging. A roofer might compare an online inspection booking page with a call-first page.
- Campaign and channel experiments
- Landing-page and funnel tests
- Audience and creative testing
- Budget allocation recommendations
- Continuous-improvement roadmaps
Campaign and channel experiments answer questions about where money goes. Does a Meta budget increase produce more booked jobs than the same amount added to search? Does a broad match keyword set find new demand or just more tire kickers? We use Google Ads experiments where possible, holdout periods or geographic splits where not, and size each test so it can produce a readable result within your lead volume.
Landing-page and funnel tests focus on the steps between interest and a booked appointment. For a carpet cleaner, that might mean testing a page that quotes by room against one that asks for a callback, or adding an upholstery option to the booking form. We split traffic evenly, run each test through complete weeks so weekend patterns do not skew it, and judge it on booked jobs, not form starts.
Audience and creative tests compare messages and visuals: a photo of your own crew against stock imagery, financing offers against same-day service, homeowner audiences against property managers. Results feed budget allocation recommendations that say where the next dollar should go and why. Everything lands in a continuous-improvement roadmap, a running list of tests ranked by expected impact and effort, so the next experiment is ready when the current one ends.
OUTCOMES

Testing replaces guesswork with evidence and keeps performance improving over time.
Without testing, marketing changes follow opinion, often the loudest one in the room or the latest pitch from a vendor. Structured experiments put a cost and a result next to each idea. Some tests confirm what you already believed. Others show that a favorite offer is not pulling its weight, which saves money you would otherwise keep spending on it.
Learning also builds on itself in a way one-off fixes do not. A better landing page helps every future campaign pointed at it, and what you learn about your customers in one season informs the plan for the next. A roofing company that tests through the quiet months enters storm season with proven pages, offers and budgets instead of fresh guesses.

PROCESS
Discover
We review past changes and their results, check that tracking can measure booked jobs reliably, and agree on a shortlist of questions worth testing given your lead volume and season.
Build
We write the hypothesis, set up variants in Google Ads, Meta or your landing pages, confirm traffic splits and tracking with test conversions, then launch each test on a fixed schedule.
Optimize
When a test ends, we report the result, how confident we are and the decision it supports, roll out winners, log losers in the roadmap and start the next test.

FAQ
Enough to reach a clear answer in reasonable time. Smaller businesses can still test, but tests run longer and focus on bigger changes, like a new offer rather than a button color. We check your volume first and say which tests are realistic.
There is some risk, which is why we limit it. Most tests send only part of your traffic to the new version, and we watch for a clearly underperforming variant so it can be stopped early. Your existing campaigns keep running throughout.
It depends on lead volume and the change being tested. Tests run in full weeks to avoid weekday bias, and longer when volume is low or the sales cycle is long, as with roofing. We fix the duration upfront and avoid calling winners early.
That is still a useful result. It tells you the change matters little to your customers, so you can keep the simpler or cheaper option and move on. We record every outcome so the same test is not repeated by accident later.
